Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy

Our Policy

At Studee Monkey (S. M. Resources Limited), we are committed to providing high quality educational resources. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products — No Refunds

All digital products sold on studeemonkey.com are delivered instantly upon purchase as downloadable files. Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept that digital downloads are non-refundable.

Physical Products — No Refunds

All physical products including charts, posters, and printed educational materials are non-refundable. We take great care in producing and inspecting every item before dispatch. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Replacements — Physical Products Only

We will consider a replacement for a physical product only in the following circumstances:

• The product contains a verified spelling error that is attributable to Studee Monkey and not present in the original approved design.
• The item is returned in excellent, unused condition in its original packaging.
• The request is made within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Replacements are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case by case basis. Studee Monkey reserves the right to determine whether a replacement is warranted. Change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or dissatisfaction with colours or design does not qualify for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

• All digital downloads and downloadable resources
• Charts, posters, and printed educational materials (unless spelling error replacement applies)
• Gift cards
• Sale items

Shipping

All physical products are shipped from the United States. Due to high international carrier costs, we do not ship directly to Trinidad and Tobago. Orders for Trinidad and Tobago are instead delivered to you by our sales representative in Trinidad.

A flat delivery fee of US$10 is added to your order at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. After you place your order, our representative will message you on WhatsApp to arrange delivery. Please make sure the phone number you enter at checkout can receive WhatsApp messages.

Availability for Trinidad and Tobago orders: If an item is not currently available in Trinidad and Tobago, your order will be delivered to you in 2 weeks’ time.

Digital products and printables are unaffected and remain available for instant download regardless of your location.
